About Us We provide radios for some of the top corporations in America. We've been doing it for over 25 years. Want to know what makes us different? Read on....... Long before Falcon Direct began business in 1989, I already had over a quarter century of experience in marketing, administration, manufacturing, and training with organizations such as Boeing, General Electric, and Sylvania. I am as comfortable in a boardroom as in a fire station, in speaking to a single person or thousands. The reason is that I (and those who work with me) have spent my life listening to needs, identifying solutions, and providing common sense alternatives in communications. While it is true that our business is built on a fundamental foundation of integrity, respect, and understanding of the needs of those we serve, it is equally true that every business needs that one thing that makes them special. We're not smarter than our competition. We are not connected (and don't want to be). We don't always have the lowest price but our prices are competitive and we provide a level of customer service that sets us apart from the ordinary, but the thing that really sets us apart from others is our visionary approach to technology and applying it to the needs of our customers.
We make it our business to know what's new and beneficial to those we serve. We do this first by developing a keen understanding of the needs of our customers. We match technology to the specific needs of an identified group of people. Case in point, we have a priority of serving the needs of people who need airtime free wireless on-site communications. This group typically involves churches, contractors, hospitals, manufacturing plants, schools, and warehouses who all have a common need to provide communications between key people.
Traditionally, these users have focused on low cost products that more or less fall into an expendable category with the average price of a commercial grade analog 2-way radio ranging from $150 to $350 depending on brand, model, power, features, warranty, and reliability standards. We offer six different models in this category. You can learn more about them at www.ProRadios.com.
One of the radios offered for on-site users is the Motorola DTR650. Unlike the others, which are all analog, the DTR650 is digital. We thought it was appropriate to provide additional information on this product. Accordingly, we built this special web page just to tell you what we think you need to know about the DTR650 so that you can make the most intelligent decision in selecting the product best suited for your individual needs. That's just one of the things that make us different from all the rest. We bend over backwards to be sure that we have done our best to help you in your equipment selection.
We don't avoid discussing things like repair, maintenance cost, or hidden expense. We give you all the facts BEFORE you make your purchase. We think that's the right thing to do! On the subject of the subject most others don't want to discuss (cost of service, downtime, etc.), we invite you to visit yet another web page dedicated exclusively to the services we perform at www.UltraCarePlus.com. We are pretty much alone in our commitment to assist you in making the best decision possible. The majority of our contemporaries are loudly proclaiming their ability to offer the lowest prices or conducting their business is such a way that failure is virtually guaranteed. We don't want to fail - we want to be around when you need us, so we are going to do our best to conduct our business with a goal of serving our users - not beating our competition. If that's the kind of supplier you want, we may have just found each other!
